Samsung introduced a new trend in smartphone world with Galaxy Note series that offers a great experience with handy Samsung apps and Samsung use Android as operating system for Galaxy Note that support custom ROMs for enhancing interface and features, here’s AllianceROM for the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 N7100 to do so.
The AllianceROM is based on official Android Jelly Bean XXDMA6 firmware and it’s deodexed, rooted, and zipaligned. The Galaxy Note 2 AllianceROM is packed with a lot of interesting features such as AllianceOTA, 6 lockscreens (Ripple, Circle, Jellybean, Blackberry 10, Acer, LG Optimus), smart stay app, battery tweaks, modded camera, and so many helpful tweaks to customize the interface of your device.
This guide shows you how to install AllianceROM for Galaxy Note 2 N7100, it’s like a piece of cake. Make a backup of your device data such as SMS, internet setting, contacts music files etc because the below procedure may wipe data, you can sync your contacts with Gmail account and for messages use SMS apps, lastly use carbon Android app to backup apps and data.

Instructions
Step #1: Download and install ROM customizer app on your Galaxy Note 2.
Step #2: Download the AllianceROM for Galaxy Note 2 from here.
Step #3: Transfer the downloaded zip file to internal storage of your Galaxy Note 2.
Step #4: Turn the device off.
Step #5: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down volume up, home and power buttons (Note: In recovery mode use volume keys to navigate and power button to select).
Step #6: In recovery mode, create a nandroid backup of your current ROM, it’s important because if anything not work out that you expect from this ROM, you’ll be able to easily revert back to your current state. To create backup select “Backup and Restore”, and then select “Backup” again.
Step #7: Reboot the phone.
Step #8: Open up the ROM customizer app.
Step #9: Choose the ROM zip file from device.
Step #10: Ficeto improved the flash config so it works with rom Customizer now. So just choose the ROM from your internal storage and it will present you with the rom config in a pop up window .
