The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 can now easily void limitations that Korean’s company uses to keep you away from exploring system image. Thanks to Chainfire, you can now easily root your Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with CF-Auto-Root tool. The complete process can take just a few minutes to give you the wish of your heart you want for your new shiny Note 3. The below guide shows you how to root Samsung Galaxy Note SM-N900, it’s important to note that this guide is just for Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900. So do not try it on any other model as it can make problems even damage.
You need a Windows PC with USB drivers installed for Note 3. You can use Samsung KIES to install drivers but disable it after installation. Because KIES can disturb Odin3 that you need to use below.

Instructions
Step #1: Download the CF-Auto-Root tool for Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900 to your computer.
Step #2: Unzip the downloaded zip file into a folder and run Odin3-v1.85.exe.
Step #3: Turn your Note 3 completely off.
Step #4: Reboot device into download mode by holding down Volume DOWN, Power and Home buttons until you see warning screen. Then press Volume Up button to enter in Download Mode.
Step #5: Once you’re in download mode plug the device to PC using USB cable. Odin will detect the device, ID:COM will turn yellow and a message saying ADDED will appear. (Note: If Odin doesn’t detect the device, make sure that USB drivers are properly installed on your computer).
Step #6: Click on PDA Button and locate the file having extension “.tar.md5” like CF-Auto-Root-ha3g-ha3gxx-smn900.tar.md5 from the folder where you’ve unzipped above files in the step 2. (Note: Don’t make any change. You just need to make sure that re-partition is unchecked).
Step #7: Click on Start button to start rooting process. Wait until you see PASS message on Odin and your device reboot. (Note: If you face FAIL message, close Odin, unplug device, turn it off and start process again).
Step #8: Launch the app drawer on your Note 3 and check whether SuperSU app is available or not. If available, your device is rooted successfully. You can also use Root Checker app from Play Store for this purpose.
